DZigner WEAR provides you with screenprinting and embroidery services to meet both your individual or professional needs. If you are interested in creating a new custom design for your business or organization, the process is outlined in the following steps:

* Please note that all custom orders will be priced based on the type of design and artwork rendered to meet design specifications.

Step 1 - Contract and Consultation
Process begins by contacting DZigner WEAR via web, email or phone with project idea. General information will be gathered and placed onto a Project Information Sheet to document product and design specifications. This information will include all aspects related to the design such as name, quantity, type of product, proposed colors, etc. Once the design idea is discussed and you decide to move forward with producing artwork, a contract will be formulated and a design fee will be assessed. Note: Payment of this fee will be required prior to moving to the next step in this process!

Step 2 - Design Approval
In this step, you will be asked to review and approve the design created for your project. During this time, all necessary changes to the artwork are required. Please allot at least 3-5 days for the design approval process. Changes have to be made and approved prior to moving to the production stage.

Step 3 - Production
The third step is where product manufacturing takes place. The design has been approved and is in the process of being placed on apparel based on previous specifications recorded in the contract to purchase (i.e. quantity, colors, material, etc.).

Step 4 - Delivery
The proposed delivery time will be addressed in step 1. However, customers should keep in mind that the process requires a two-week turnaround from the date the product goes into production. So please remember to give yourself ample time when placing an order if items are needed by a certain date. * For example: If t-shirt apparel is needed for your organization by the 15th of the month, then the order needs to be placed no later than the 28th of the prior month (at least 2 1/2 weeks prior to the due date) to be satisfied.
